XMS Workflow Manager provides centralized workflows that can be applied to the authoring, editing, conversion and publishing of content within the system.
A user management component allows the configuration of user roles, enabling users and user groups to interact seamlessly across the
workflow system. Workflows are defined in XML and are fully customizable.
